Thanks to tremendous community support, we traveled to the Pacific Jamboree in Sooke, BC, last July. Alongside 3,500 other youth and volunteers, our Troop spent a week doing all the exciting activities you’d expect from Scouts!
The Calgary Lakeview 85th Scout Group has been a fixture in the neighbourhood for over 60 years! Over the years we have had an active group of Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers. We've take part in countless Jamborees here and abroad while focusing on the mission and vision of Scouts Canada here at a local level.

Fundraising
The 85th Lakeview Group relies on your generosity to ensure our program is affordable to all. Very little of the registration cost comes to our group and in an effort to minimize parents having to pay for every adventure we:
3 bottle drives each year (September, January, April)
Sell coffee online and at neighbourhood events
Cash donations
Without your support, our program could not be great program it is.

Embark on outdoor adventures like hikes, weekend camps and canoeing. As a Pack, Cubs are encouraged to try new and exciting activities.
